PED 2072 - Advanced Strength and Conditioning1 cr This activity course is offered for individuals who have already achieved a high level of physical fitness but wish to participate in strength and conditioning activities to push themselves to an even higher level of fitness. The class will feature a variety of activities including speed and agility drills, strength training, circuits and cardiovascular training. It is recommended that each individual enter the course at a good level of fitness. Fall (First Half of Semester), Spring (Second Half of Semester)
