Continuation of CHE 1041 . Topics include solution properties, kinetics, equilibrium, reaction mechanisms, thermodynamics, equilibrium, oxidation-reduction reactions and acid-base chemistry.
This course fulfills the Scientific and Mathematical Understanding Frame of Reference.
Prerequisite: Grade of "C" or better in CHE 1041 or CHE 1051
