This course investigates therapeutic interventions as it relates to orthopedic injuries. A study of inflammation, pain theories, and tissue healing is included. Students will learn to assess patient status, formulate goals, select and apply therapeutic modalities and implement a comprehensive rehabilitation program that restores normal function.
Prerequisite: Students must be matriculated into the MAT program.
