AHS 4171 - Pre-Practicum Seminar Health & Physical Education

Students will enroll in this course the semester prior to their student teaching practicum. Teacher candidates will reflect on their coursework and field experiences through analytic, descriptive and narrative writing. Course learning outcomes will help students complete their Vermont Licensure portfolio, which is required by the Vermont Agency of Education for teacher candidates in Health Education and Physical Education. In this seminar the candidate for licensure will demonstrate required competency of learning progressions in addition to the Vermont Core Teaching Standards.
