The Community Health Promotion minor is offered by the Department of Health, Human Movement, & Sport. The minor prepares candidates in non-school health settings such as public health departments, hospitals, work site health promotion, and non-profit community agencies.

This program prepares students to take the Community Health Education Specialist (CHES) exam.

This is also a valuable minor for Exercise & Sports Science, Health Science, and Health Psychology majors.
